Methods of Teaching
"Sreedhar Toddlers" follow a child centric approach for teaching younger ones. "Sreedhar Toddlers" does not have the concept of classroom, instead a group of children learn together in an "environment". "Sreedhar Toddlers" believes in the unique combination of integrated concepts that provides HandsOn (Montessori Method) and Exploratory (Rudolf Stenier Method) which makes learning fun and enjoyable.
For Young Kids
Traditional Teacher-Centric approach makes students as passive recipients of Knowledge. It is a one way traffic where teachers teach and student rote and mug up. But at Bheeram Sreedhar Reddy International School, we create an environment in which students are encouraged continuously to seek what they want. At our school teachers become "Facilitators" rather than "Instructors".
Project-based learning is a dynamic classroom approach in which students actively explore real-world problems and challenges and acquire a deeper knowledge. Students are assigned individual projects in their areas of specific intelligence to develop and sharpen their skills and intelligences. Apart from regular learning Bheeram Sreedhar Reddy International School provides opportunity for creative learning through state-of-the-art computer labs, animation, video making, music, sports etc.,
For Younger Kids
Children are a naturally curious lot. Learning from their surroundings and environment is something that they do on their own. Sometimes even games and having fun can lead to learning many things. We believe in such holistic learning. Fun and games along with classroom teaching will give children a good appetite for more and more knowledge. Our teaching approach for younger kids integrates ideas from their previous experiences, explore and experiment with their environment. Play gives them the opportunity to add knowledge, learn new skills and practice familiar ones.
"Sreedhar Elites" provide the necessary physical, emotional and aesthetic environment to help students achieve balance and equilibrium in life, both in relation to self and to the rest of the world. "Sreedhar Elites" will learn to be optimistic, positive, intellectual, constructive, competitive and a true leader.
